Digital Workbook
We highly recommend your revisit your workbook.
In regards to Your Intentional Life, we recommend you focus on 1 pillar each month and implement one stretch at a time. If you do this consistently, you should see your ratings go up for each of these pillars.
Every 6 - 12 months you can re-do this workbook and see your progress. You can then re-focus on your next shifts.

Release + Reset Meditation
This practice brings together deep meditation and hypnosis to allow you to release deep rooted emotion locked in the unconscious. It is a process of deep forgiveness, release and reset that will allow you to detach from some of the older emotions you have been carrying in your "energetic backpack", often without realising.
If there have been a series of older events you have been struggling to let go of, you may want to revisit this meditation multiple times for each of the incidents.
You can choose to do this one of 2 ways:
1. Focus on what it is you need to let go of or perhaps forgive yourself for.
2. If you feel that you are ready, you can focus on forgiving someone else / or others.
This guided practice will take 20 minutes, so get comfy and make sure you are not going to be disturbed.

Emotional Wholeness Technique
This technique is about feeling the emotion to completion and allowing the activation to naturally leave the body using your breath to help you 'sit with the emotion'.
The goal is sitting with the emotion (allowing it to be there, without changing it) until it naturally subsides.
The reason we don't do this is because usually we don't like the feeling of the emotion, but leaning into the breath allows you to manage that discomfort and also speeds up the time it takes for the emotion to go down.
This guided practice will take 13 minutes, so get comfy and make sure you are not going to be disturbed.
