Full Moon Despacho Ceremony (Online)
Sunday 10am - 12pm, 1st February 2026
Live from Peru | Online for Australia
Dear Friends,
On the Full Moon, we invite you to gather for an online Despacho ceremony to step into the energies of the New Year through the ancestral wisdom and sacred reciprocity of the Andes.
Guided by Vilma Pinedo, who carries the medicine of her native lineage from Cusco, Peru, we will come together to perform a traditional āOfrendaā, a ritual of gratitude for the Earth and the spirits of nature.
This will be a time to release the weight of the past cycle and align our hearts with the opportunities of the year ahead.
Our ceremony will center on the principle of Ayni, or sacred balance. Vilma will lead us through the creation of a symbolic offering, using simple natural elements to carry our prayers and thanks. This ritual acts as a bridge between the physical and spiritual worlds, helping us bring our own energy into harmony with the rhythms of the planet and the specific lands where you live across Australia.
Even meeting through a screen, we will create a shared space that honours our deep connection to the natural world. This experience offers a moment of grounding and renewal for those of us who spend our time supporting others in our work or navigating a personal path of discovery, allowing us to welcome the new year with clarity and a grounded sense of purpose.
What Is a Despacho Ceremony?
Traditionally, a Despacho ceremony is performed individually or communally after each earth cycle to renew and reconnect the powers of nature on our energy body to reconnect with the universe and accomplish balance, not only for us personally but for the wellbeing of our community.
A despacho brings us into harmonious relationship with heaven and earth. Each item of offering represents a prayer and a gift of power that sparks the momentum for energy shifts and healing within ourselves and others. Despacho ceremonies have been practiced in the Andes for thousands of years.
Vilma creates a unique despacho for you to faciliate healing and create positive change in your life.
About Vilma Pinedo
